1. Introduction
Welcome to Holisitc Healers Inc. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including Wellness Consultations, Workshops, Corporate Trainings, Restoration Events, and Renewal Retreats (collectively, “Services”). By booking, attending, or participating in our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Eligibility
- Participants must be at least 18 years old unless otherwise stated.
- For corporate trainings, the contracting organization is responsible for ensuring employee eligibility.
- By registering, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate in the chosen Service.
3. Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be made through our official channels: website, email, or authorized representatives.
- Payment terms: Deposit required, remaining balance is due immediately before services are rendered.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected,
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Client Cancellation:
- Cancellations within 3 days of services are non-refundable.
- Business Cancellation:
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule Services due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, clients may choose between a full refund or rescheduling.
5. Health & Safety
- Our Services are designed to promote well-being but are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Participants are responsible for consulting with a qualified healthcare provider before engaging in Services, especially if they have medical conditions.
- We are not liable for injuries, illnesses, or health issues arising during or after participation.
6. Code of Conduct
- Respectful behavior is expected at all times.
- Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct will result in removal from the Service without refund.
- Corporate clients are responsible for ensuring employee compliance with this Code of Conduct.
7. Intellectual Property
- All materials provided during Services (workbooks, presentations, recordings, etc.) are the intellectual property of Holistic Healers Inc. unless otherwise disclosed.
- They may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
8. Privacy & Confidentiality
- Personal information collected during booking or participation will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Group discussions and shared experiences during Services are confidential; participants are expected to respect the privacy of others.
9. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Holistic Healers Inc. is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Losses arising from reliance on information provided during Services.
- Our liability is limited to the guidelines of HHI insurance provider.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, US and said regions of insurance provider.
- Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of regional/jurisdictional affiliates.
11. Amendments
- We may update these Terms from time to time.
- Continued participation in our Services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
